Here are a few pictures of our recent trip to visit my sister's family in Knoxville:

Amy is feeding my old Cabbage Patch Kid, which is her new favorite...for now.

Jael showing Amy how to build a sand castle.

At "the cove."

We drove to Clyde, Ohio to visit Mike's side of the
family for their annual 4th of July get together.

We have made it a tradition to stop in Yellow Springs
on the way up because we like it so much.

Holy Cow! Look how big these flowers are!

Mmmm...lemons.

Yikes...LEMONS!

Once we got to the Griffin's, Amy wanted to water the flowers.

And refill the watering can, and water more flowers.

...and help cousin Elizabeth feed the calf...

...and water more flowers.

Friday night we saw fireworks from inside the truck, as the noise scared Amy. Saturday, while the rest of the family rode on tractors and a float in the parade, we watched the parade from the roadside and caught lots of candy.

Amy showing off her stash.

CANDY!!!
(I think now that Amy really enjoys candy, I may be
ready to try potty training again using it as a bribe/reward).

The best part of the trip was visiting with family, although I did not get any pictures like I should have. Amy has a special bond with her Great Grandpa Griffin and her Great Grandma Griffin. Hopefully I will receive some photos taken by others via email that I can post (please:).
